How To Avail The Offer

  1. To avail this offer, a prepaid customer of Airtel has to buy Rs.289 recharge pack and claim the ZEE5 Premium Subscription benefit.
  2. After purchase of recharge pack of Rs. 289, ZEE5 Premium Subscription can be activated on Airtel Thanks App.
  3. Download the app & click on the ZEE5 banner on the app home page.
  4. You can also visit the “Discover Airtel Thanks” section on app homepage to claim your ZEE5 Premium Subscription.

Additional Details / Special Condition / Exclusion

  1. This offer is not available for active ZEE5 Premium subscribers. User can wait till the subscription expires or user may claim the offer on another account.
  2. Once a user buys a Rs.289 recharge pack for the first time, he/she needs to claim ZEE5 Premium Subscription on Airtel Thanks App, on subsequent recharge, it will be automatically extended and no claim is required.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Airtel Prepaid ZEE5 pack , a customer agrees to following terms & conditions:
  1. Airtel Prepaid ZEE5 pack is being made available by Bharti Airtel Limited (Airtel) to only Airtel Prepaid Mobility subscribers in India.
  2. Airtel Prepaid ZEE5 pack (Offer) can be activated by any active Airtel Prepaid customer by recharging their mobile number with the following price points:
  3. Rs. 289 - This pack provides a customer unlimited voice calls, 1.5 GB data per Day, 100 SMS per day and subscription to ZEE5 for a period of 28 days
  4. Post recharge, the customer needs to “claim” ZEE5 by downloading Airtel Thanks app on their smartphone, tapping ZEE5 Banner on home page of app or by going into the “Discover airtel Thanks” section and completing the login journey thereon through the ZEE5 website. A customer can claim the offer solely from the Airtel Thanks app. Without this claim a customer will be unable to use ZEE5 services.
  5. The validity both aforementioned packs is for 28 days from date of recharge and not from the date of claim.
  6. ZEE5 subscription can only be claimed against the mobile number on which recharge was performed.
  7. Existing active ZEE5 members will not be eligible to avail the benefit of ZEE5 subscription via the aforementioned Prepaid packs. However, a non-active ZEE5 member can avail ZEE5 subscription benefits via this recharge.
  8. If a customer ports out of Airtel or migrates to Airtel Postpaid during the 28 day validity period, the ZEE5 subscription will be deactivated.
  9. The benefits under this recharge are non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.
  10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.
  11. Any issues related to claims, issues, damages or losses with regards to the quality or functionality of the ZEE5 membership benefits should be escalated to ZEE5. Airtel will not be responsible for ZEE5 benefits. Airtel will not respond to customer queries in connection to ZEE5 membership benefits.
  12. Airtel will have no liability against any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the ZEE5 content or for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature caused to eligible customers or any third party in connection with the subsistence of the Offer or the ZEE5 content.
  13. Airtel & ZEE5 reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any part thereof at any time without prior notice, if so required in view of business exigencies and/or guidelines issued / amended by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or such other statutory agency that changes applicable to either or both Airtel and ZEEL, and the same shall be binding on the subscribers who have recharged under this offer.
  14. Any changes in these Terms & Conditions will be updated on the web page: https://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions. Customers are advised to refer to this web page for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Airtel or ZEEL reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, suspend or prematurely withdraw the Offer at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or such other applicable statutory changes without any notice.
  16. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
  17. In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will Airtel or our directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to this offer. Total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the last fee paid by the customer.
  18. Apart from these Terms & Conditions, the customer will also be bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or any such specific terms and conditions as available and/or provided by ZEE5 on their platform for using their services.
  19. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of the Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it is severable.
  20. ZEE5 shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case of any failed transaction as part of this offer nor liable for any failure relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the Customer from participating in this offer.
  21. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of the Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it is severable.
  1. This offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
  2. All terms and conditions related to ZEE5 service shall be as per the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on ZEE5 platform.
  3. ZEE5 reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this offer and you are required to keep yourself updated about the same.
