Eligibility Criteria

  1. All Airtel Xstream Fiber customers on plan 499, 799, 999, 1499 and 3999 who have availed Airtel DTH box by paying the security amount are eligible for the program.

How To Avail The Offer

  1. Open the Airtel Thanks app on your mobile phone. If you don't have the app, you can download it from the Google Playstore or the Apple App Store.
  2. Tap on the Discover Thanks tab at the top right corner.  
  3. Click Claim under the ZEE5 Premium Subscription thumbnail.
  4. After successful activation of the ZEE5 subscription, you will see a confirmation screen. In case you don't have the ZEE5 app installed on your phone, you will be redirected to the Google Playstore / Apple App Store to download the ZEE5 app. 
  5. Once the ZEE5 app is downloaded, open it and login with your mobile number and password with the credentials received via SMS. 
  6. After logging in, you can start enjoying the unlimited ZEE5 entertainment!

Airtel's Terms & Conditions

  1. The eligible Airtel Xstream Fiber bundled plans may be changed as per company discretion without any notice to the Customer. Customer should contact Airtel customer care or write to to know about all the eligible bill plans. 
  2. In case you downgrade from broadband bundled plans on which an Airtel Thanks offer is activated, the respective Airtel Thanks offers given to you will be deactivated if not available on the new plan. 
  3. When a Customer ceases to hold an active account with Airtel on which the Airtel Thanks offers were claimed – whether Broadband, they will no longer be able to access Airtel Thanks Offers or any other aspect of the Airtel Thanks program applicable on that Airtel account. 
  4. The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed. 
  5. Airtel has no liability whatsoever in respect of any claims or disputes and any resulting damages or losses, whether direct or indirect, relating to the subscriber availing, not receiving or subscriber’s use of the offer. 
  6. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between Airtel and each Customer. By accepting and availing the Offer, the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions as binding upon him/her. 
  7. Apart from these Terms & Conditions, the Customer will also be bound by the Terms of Use or any such specific terms and conditions as provided by ZEE5 on their platform for using their services. 
  8. Airtel will be entitled to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Airtel Thanks Offer or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Offer with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Airtel’s reasonable control. If Airtel suspends or cancels the Offer in the interim, all aspects of the Offer shall be null and void. Airtel will not be liable to compensate any customer for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Offer. 
  9. Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. Subject to the point above, Airtel and the customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone. 
  10. In addition to the limitations mentioned in this document, in no event will Airtel or our directors, managers, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to this offer. Total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the last fee paid by the custom.
  11. Airtel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any part thereof at any time without prior notice, if so required in view of business exigencies and/or guidelines issued / amended by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or such other statutory agency that changes applicable to Airtel ,and the same shall be binding on the subscribers who have done this recharge.

ZEE5's Terms and Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute an agreement between ZEE5 and each user. By accepting and availing the Offer, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions as binding upon him/her.
  2. This offer is non-negotiable and non-binding. 
  3. This offer is valid in India only. 
  4. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers made by ZEE5.
  5. The interpretation and implementation of the Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of ZEE5.
  6. This offer is not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service and has no residual value. 
  7. Apart from these Terms & Conditions, the user will also be bound by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or any such specific terms and conditions as provided by ZEE5 on their platform for using their services. 
  8. To the extent permitted by law, ZEE5 or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents, shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent on the part of ZEE5 or its representatives, employees, directors, officers or agents. 
  9. ZEE5 reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify/clarify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Offer with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control or otherwise (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 
  10. ZEE5 reserves the right to add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the users. 
  11. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of the Terms and Conditions shall not prejudice or affect the remaining parts of the Terms and Conditions to the extent that it is severable. 
  12. ZEE5 shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case of any failed transaction as part of this offer not liable for any failure relating to technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other issues of any kind to the extent that these may prevent the user from participating in this offer.
  • This offer is governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
