Premium Live TV Channels aren't playing

If you have purchased a subscription, and are still not able to watch    Premium  Live TV Channels, here’s what you can do:
  1. Log out of your ZEE5 account.
  2. Shut down the ZEE5 app.
  3. Open the app and log back in with the User ID that you've purchased a subscription with. 

This does the trick most of the time.
