Premium videos are not playing

Have you purchased a   Premium  subscription?

If you have purchased a subscription, and are still not able to watch   Premium  videos, here’s what you can do: 
  1. Log out of your ZEE5 account.
  2. Shut down the ZEE5 app.
  3. Update the ZEE5 App. Click here to know how.
  4. Open the app and log back in with the User ID that you've purchased a subscription with.

This does the trick most of the time.
