I'm seeing 'Error 204: Sorry, this content not available'

This is a device-related error.

Companies usually issue an OTA / system update which fixes the issue for their devices.

On the Android phone

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on About Phone or System.
  3. Tap on System updates.
  4. If there is an update pending, start the update.
Then, restart your app & try playing the content again.

On the Apple iPhone

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Tap on Software Updates.
To turn on automatic updates, tap on Customize Automatic Updates (or Automatic Updates), under Software Updates.

You can also try watching on your Smart TV or the ZEE5 website using your desktop or mobile browser.
