Oops something went wrong error while playing videos

This may happen due to internet connectivity issues or in case if you are not using the latest version of the Zee5 app.

Please try the following the steps , we have given specific steps for TVs, Internet browsers and Mobile app

On the Smart TV/Media Streaming Device

  1. Check your Internet speed on www.speedtest.net. You can do it on your mobile phone or desktop that is connected to the same network. Ensure you have a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps. We recommend having a download speed of 5 Mbps for a smoother experience.
  2. Ensure that the Zee5 app & your TV OS  is updated to the latest version, please refer to the below table

If you don't have an option to update the Zee5 app to the versions mentioned above please contact your TV manufacturer for further support.

On the Mobile App

  1. Check your Internet speed on www.speedtest.net. Ensure you have a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps. We recommend having a download speed of 5 Mbps for a smoother experience.
  2. Ensure that the app is updated to the latest version and retry
  3. If this does not work please uninstall and reinstall the Zee5 app

On the Website

  1. Check your Internet speed on www.speedtest.net. Ensure you have a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps. We recommend having a download speed of 5 Mbps for a smoother experience.
  2. Clear cache, cookies and data from the browser and retry
  3. Please ensure that the browser is updated to the latest version
  4. If the above does not work try another web browser 
If you are still facing an issue, please reach out to us by clicking the ‘Write to us’ link given at the bottom of the page – along with the following information about the device you’re using to watch ZEE5:
  1. Brand name (Like TVs Samsung, LG, Sony, Apple etc.)
  2. TV/Phone model (Like SM00056, One Plus 7T etc.)
  3. Year of manufacturing
  4. Photo of the "Settings" page where you see the TV make model details on your TV (Only incase of TVs)
  5. Photo/Screenshot of the error message that you receive

(If you're watching ZEE5 using a Streaming Media Device – such as Amazon Fire TV Stick, Jio Set Top Box, Airtel Xstream Box, Tata Sky Binge+, etc. – you need to mention the Streaming Media Device Name only.)
