How can I change my password?

Looking to change your password? Follow the steps below basis the platform you're on. If you've forgotten your password, see I don't remember my password.

On the Mobile App

  1. Open the ZEE5 mobile app and log in.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu  on the homepage of the mobile app.
  3. Tap the person/profile icon  on the top.
  4. Tap Change Password at the bottom of the page.
  5. To change your password, you'll need to enter your current password, followed by the new password you'd like to set, twice.
  6. Tap Update and you're done!

On the Website (Mobile)

  1. Tap the hamburger menu  on the homepage of the mobile website.
  2. Click on your Name at the top.
  3. Tap Change Password at the bottom of the page.
  4. To change your password, you'll need to enter your current password, followed by the new password you'd like to set, twice.
  5. Tap Update and you're done!

On the Website (Desktop/Laptop)

  1. Click on the person/profile icon  on the top right corner.
  2. Click on your Name at the top.
  3. Click on Change Password at the bottom of the page.
  4. To change your password, you'll need to enter your current password, followed by the new password you'd like to set, twice.
  5. Click on Update and you're done!
Note: Users who don't see the option to change their password, you'll need to reset your password using the Forgot Password option at the login page. You'll need to sign out of ZEE5 to see the login page.
