How can I restore my ZEE5 Premium subscription purchased using iTunes?

Made a payment using iTunes but your subscription isn't active, or is missing? Here's what you can do:

If you have purchased a subscription recently via iTunes, here's what you can do:
  1. Make sure you're on the latest iOS app version.
  2. Open the ZEE5 mobile app.
  3. Tap the hamburger menu  on the homepage.
  4. Tap Restore Purchases.
  5. Your ZEE5 subscription should get restored.
Note:
  1. Restore Purchase option is only available on the ZEE5 iOS App, and only for ZEE5 Premium subscriptions purchased through iTunes.
  2. This option will work only for the a ZEE5 Premium subscription that you recently purchased through iTunes.
  3. This option is not applicable for ZEEPLEX Rental purchases.
