How do I download a video?
To download a video, please follow the steps
Log in to your account (You need to
be logged in to be able to download a video)
On the video page, tap the ‘Download’ button
just below the video.
Choose the quality of the video you want
to download. You can also make this your default setting by unchecking the
option 'Always ask quality for every download'. This will disable the
prompt to choose a quality each time you download a video.
Subtitles are currently not available for
If you are a registered user without
a subscription plan: downloads will remain active for 48 hours. After that, the
downloads will expire. You would then need to re-download the video (once expired).
If you are an Premium customer: Downloads
will remain active till your subscription end date or for 48 hours, whichever
is later. You'll need to re-download the video once expired.
As a an Premium Customer, if you go
offline (without an internet/data connection) the downloaded video will remain
active for a period of 48 hours only. Post which you will need to re-activate
the downloaded video by connecting to the internet and clicking on 'Restore
Download' on the downloaded video. This will not download the video again, but
merely renew the downloaded video license.
Certain videos are unavailable for
download. The download option will not be visible on such videos.
