How can I reset my Parental Control Pin?
Please follow the steps given below on the ZEE5 mobile app:
- Log in to the ZEE5 mobile app.
- Tap More on the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Parental Control.
- You will be asked to authorize your account. Please submit your account details (login credentials).
- Set the restriction to No Restriction and tap Continue.
- Parental Control will be disabled on your ZEE5 account.
- Now, repeat steps 1 to 5.
- Set the restriction of your choice and tap Continue.
- Enter a new 4 digit PIN of your choice and tap Continue.
- Parental Control will be reset on your ZEE5 account, with the new PIN.
To reset your Parental Control PIN via the ZEE5 website - please log in, click on the Menu 
button and click on Parental Control under Settings. Then, perform steps 5 to 11 given above.
