How do I see my ZEE5 billing information or invoices?
To view your payment transaction history and to view/download your invoices, visit My Transactions.
You can also visit the by following the steps, basis the platform you're on:
On the Mobile App
- Open the ZEE5 mobile app on your mobile phone and log in.
- Tap the hamburger menu
on the homepage of the mobile app.
- Tap My Transactions. You will see a list of all your transactions there.
- If you wish to get an invoice, click the Download Invoice button placed under the required transaction.
On the Website (Mobile)
- Visit zee5.com and log in.
- Tap the hamburger menu
- Tap My Transactions. You will see a list of all your transactions there.
- If you wish to get an invoice, click the Download Invoice button placed under the required transaction.
On the Website (Desktop/Laptop)
- Visit zee5.com and log in.
- Click on the person/profile icon
on the homepage of the website.
- Click on My Transactions. You will see a list of all your transactions there.
- If you wish to get an invoice, click Download Invoice button placed under the required transaction.
