Where can I view my subscription information?

Where can I view my subscription information?

You can view your subscription information on the My Subscription page.

Here's the information you will be able to see:
  1. Subscription Amount
  2. Subscription Duration
  3. Date of Purchase
  4. Status (you can check whether your subscription is active or not)
  5. Pack Country (country in which you purchased the subscription)
  6. Payment Mode (the mode you used to purchase the subscription)
  7. Auto Renewal (whether your subscription will auto-renew or not)
  8. Expiry Date (last day of your subscription plan)
  9. Cancellation Date (only appears if you have cancelled auto-renewal of your subscription)
You can visit the My Subscription page by following the steps given below, basis the platform you're on.

On the Mobile App
  1. Open the ZEE5 mobile app and log in.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu  on the homepage of the mobile app.
  3. Tap My Subscription.
On the Website (Mobile)
  1. Visit zee5.com and log in.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu  on the homepage of the mobile website.
  3. Tap My Account.
  4. Tap My Subscription.
On the Website (Desktop/Laptop)
  1. Visit zee5.com and log in.
  2. Click on the person/profile icon  on the homepage of the website.
  3. Click on My Account.
  4. Click on My Subscription.
