I am unable to play a downloaded video

Follow the steps below till your issue is resolved:
  1. Close the App and open it again.
  2. Restart your device.
  3. Update the ZEE5 App.
  4. Clear the App cache & data.
  5. Uninstall & reinstall the App.

  1. Your device Brand name and Model name/number
  2. Your device RAM (4/6/8 GB)
  3. Your device Platform (Android/iOS) and OS Version
  4. ZEE App version
