I don't remember my login ID
If you do not remember your login credentials, don't worry. Login can be done in one of three ways:
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Social (Google / Facebook / Twitter)
As you do not remember your login details, let's try resetting the password for all the ways of logging in to figure the method you logged in via.
Resetting your password for your Mobile Number
- Click here to reset your password. If the link doesn’t work for you, you'll see the Forgot Password option on the login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your mobile number.
- Click Continue to receive the OTP on your Mobile. If you get an error 'The user could not be found' it means you did not register with your mobile number. Proceed to reset your password for your Email ID.
- Enter the OTP received on your mobile number.
- Create a new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- You're now good to login to ZEE5 with your Mobile number!
Resetting your password for your Email ID
- Click here to reset your password.. If the above link doesn’t work for you, you'll see the Forgot Password option on the login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter your Email ID.
- Click on Send Password reset link. If you get an error 'The user could not be found' it means you did not register with your Email ID. Proceed to reset your password via Google / Facebook / Twitter.
- Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.
- You're now good to login to ZEE5 with your Mobile number!
- Click the relevant Social icon you would've logged in from.
- Click Forgot Password to reset your password with Google/Facebook/Twitter.
