I get an error: Combination of email/mobile and/or password is wrong

If you are getting an error "Combination of email/mobile and/or password is wrong", resetting your password would work for you. Follow the steps below to reset your password.

Resetting your password for your Mobile Number:
1. Click the following link to reset your password: https://www.zee5.com/forgotpassword. If the link doesn’t work for you, you'll see the "Forgot password" option on the login page.
2. Click "Forgot password" 
3. Enter your mobile number
4. Click "Continue" to receive the OTP on your Mobile. If you get an error "The user could not be found" it means you did not register with your mobile number. 
4. Enter the OTP received on your mobile number
5. Create a new password
6. Confirm your new password
7. You're now good to login to ZEE5 with your Mobile number!

Resetting your password for your Email ID:
1. Click the following link to reset your password: https://www.zee5.com/forgotpassword. If the above link doesn’t work for you, you'll see the "Forgot password" option on the login page.
2. Click "Forgot password" 
3. Enter your Email ID
4. Click on "Send password reset link". If you get an error "The user could not be found" it means you did not register with your Email ID. 
5. Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password
6. You're now good to login to ZEE5 with your Mobile number!

Resetting your Social (Google/Facebook/Twitter) password:
1. Click the relevant Social icon you would've logged in from
2. Click "Forgot password" to reset your password with Google/Facebook/Twitter
