If you are getting an error: "User must login with specified account", it means you're trying to login with an Email ID which has been registered on ZEE5 via a Social sign up, such as Google, Facebook or Twitter.
You would need to login from the same Social account (Google / Facebook / Twitter) you had initially registered via, to be able to login to ZEE5.
