connection.
Follow the authentication steps on the device you're
using, in order, till your issue is resolved:
- Close the ZEE App/Webpage and try
again.
- Check your Internet speed. Ensure you
have a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed.
- Update the ZEE5 app. If you're using
a Web Browser, try another Web Browser or update the web browser.
- Uninstall and reinstall the ZEE5 App.
