I get no response / I get an error message after entering the authentication code on the Mobile or Website

Follow the authentication steps on the device you're using, in order, till your issue is resolved:
  1. Close the ZEE App/Webpage and try again.
  2. Check your Internet speed. Ensure you have a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed.
  3. Update the ZEE5 app. If you're using a Web Browser, try another Web Browser or update the web browser.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the ZEE5 App.
