If you are unable to make a payment, please check the following:
  1. Please ensure that you’ve entered the right details.
    1. E.g.: If you’re paying through your Credit Card, please ensure that you have entered the right credit card number, expiry date, CVV, OTP (if any), etc.
  2. Please ensure you have sufficient balance in your account.

  2. Try again after some time. It's possible we may be facing technical issues with our payment system.

  2. Mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) – do not give any card or account numbers
  3. Bank Name
  4. Exact issue / error message you get when you try to make a payment
