I want to update my profile information
You can update the following information on your profile:
- Mobile number
- Email ID
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
You can update your profile information by visiting the following link: https://www.zee5.com/myprofile. If the link doesn't work for you, you can follow the steps below.

On the Mobile App
- Open the ZEE5 mobile app on your mobile phone and log in.
- Tap the hamburger menu
on the homepage of the mobile app.
- Tap the person/profile icon
on the top.
- Tap Edit.
- You can now update all the relevant information on your profile.
On the Website (Mobile)
- Visit zee5.com and log in.
- Tap the hamburger menu
- Click on your Name.
- Click on Edit.
- You can now update all the relevant information on your profile.
On the Website (Desktop/Laptop)
- Visit zee5.com and log in.
- Click the person/profile icon
- Click on your Name.
- Click on Edit.
- You can now update all the relevant information on your profile.
Note: You would not be able to update / change your mobile number, if you've registered with us using your mobile number. Similarly, you would not be able to update / change your Email ID, if you've registered with us using your Email ID.
