How to activate the offer

Buy a valid JioFiber plan. Make sure it's a Zee 5 bundled plan.

Launch your set-top box. Turn on your JioFiber set-top box and open the Zee 5 app. It comes pre-installed. If you can't find it, install it from the Jio Store.

Your subscription activates automatically when you open the Zee 5 app after a successful JioFiber recharge.

Enjoy Premium content. Your Zee 5 subscription stays active for the full validity of your eligible JioFiber pack.

Renew with every recharge. After your JioFiber pack expires, repeat these steps with each recharge.
📱 Watching on mobile? Download the Zee 5 app and log in with the mobile number registered for your JioFiber services.

Facing an issue streaming?
📺 On the Jio set-top box
Uninstall the Zee 5 app, then reinstall it from the Jio Store on the set-top box. This re-triggers registration and you'll be able to stream.
You need an active JioFiber plan with Zee 5 included.
📱 On your mobile phone
Log out, then log back in with the mobile number registered for your JioFiber services (the number that gets your JioFiber recharge reminders).
