Your auto-renewal might have expired due to ZEE5's compliance with the RBI's guidelines on Auto-renewal Payments.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has stated that banks, card networks and online merchants need to comply with new rules on additional factor authentication for customers’ auto-renewal payments through Credit Cards & Debit Cards.
How does this affect a ZEE5 Premium user?
If you are on an auto-renewal Premium subscription which you purchased using a Credit Card or Debit Card, your subscription will not be automatically renewed from 1st April 2021 onwards.
If your auto-renewal subscription was purchased via iTunes, Google Play Store or Amazon IAP, your subscription will continue to renew automatically.
While a solution is being worked on, in adherence to RBI requirements, you can still continue to watch blockbuster ZEE5 Premium content.
