My prepaid / promo / discount code is not working

If you are facing trouble with applying a code, please check the following:
  1. Our prepaid/discount codes are alpha numeric and case sensitive. Please read your code carefully while entering. 
    1. Example: Capital letter "l" for "Ice", may be mistaken for "l" for "lemon" and vice versa. Similarly the numeric number "0" may be mistaken for "o" or "O" for "Orange" and vice versa. 
  2. Please ensure there are no blank space(s) in the code field.
Note:
  1. Promo codes are not accepted, effective 1st April 2021.
  2. Discount codes cannot be applied for the Radhe Combo offer.
