Subtitle option is missing
Which Device/Platform are you using to
watch ZEE5?
On the Mobile App
To switch subtitles on / off on the
Mobile App, follow the steps below:
While viewing a video, click on the
video to bring up the video options.
Tap the More
button on the top right of the video.
Tap on Subtitles.
Choose the Subtitles language you'd
like to view the video in or select Off to switch off Subtitles.
Few things to note:
Some videos may not have subtitles.
Subtitle language options vary for
each video.
Subtitles aren't available for
downloaded videos.
On the Website
To switch subtitles on / off on the website, follow the steps below:
While viewing a video, hover your
cursor over the video.
Click on "Settings" (Cog
icon) at the bottom right of the video.
Tap the "Subtitle" option.
Choose the Subtitles language you'd
like to view the video in, or click "Off" to switch off Subtitles for
the video.
Few things to note:
Some videos may not have subtitles.

each video.
On the Android TV / Amazon Fire TV Stick / Xiaomi TV
To switch subtitles on / off on an
Android TV / Amazon Fire TV Stick / Xiaomi TV, follow the steps below:
While watching a video, tap any arrow
key on your remote, or the pause button to bring up the player controls.
Select Settings
from the top right corner which looks
like a wheel.
Click
on Subtitles
(If the
Subtitle option is missing, Subtitles are not available for the video you're
watching).
Select your preferred language of subtitles.
Few things to note:
Some videos may not have subtitles.
Subtitle language options vary for
each video.
Unfortunately, Subtitles aren't
