I'm unable to find the ZEE5 app on my Smart TV/Media Streaming Device

This would be due to an unsupported device or account. Which Device are you using?

‚ÄčAmazon Fire TV Stick 

If you are in India, you need to change your Amazon Account Country/Region to India, for the ZEE5 App to reflect on the App Store of your Fire TV Stick device.

Follow the steps below to change your Amazon Account Country/Region to India:
  1. Open the Amazon app / visit www.amazon.in
  2. Login to Amazon.
  3. Click/Tap on Your Account
  4. Click/Tap on Content and devices.
  5. Click/Tap on the Preferences tab.
  6. Under Country/Region Settings click/tap Change.

You should now be able to see the ZEE5 app on your Fire TV Stick App Store.

Any other device

If you don't see the ZEE5 app on your App Store, it means your device doesn't support the ZEE5 app.

You can always visit our website www.zee5.com using a web browser on any Internet connected device to watch ZEE5.

If you have a Smart TV which is not supported and would still like to use the ZEE5 app to watch ZEE5, you can use a Streaming Media Device such as Amazon Fire TV Stick, Airtel Xstream Stick/Box, or a Set Top Box from Mi, Jio, Tata Sky Binge, etc, to watch ZEE5 on your TV via our app.
