Pay again

Why am I being asked to pay again? when I'm already a subscriber

This can happen for 2 reasons -​​​​

 

1.   When you log in via different phone number. For e.g: You have a subscription with phone number X, but you logged in with phone number Y. In 95% of such complaints, we have observed that users try logging in with a different phone number, than the one on which they purchased the subscription.

All you need to do is log in again using the correct number.

 

2.   When you have made a payment & have not linked your contact details. Nothing to worry follow the below steps –

·       Pick up that android phone using which you initiated the payment.

·       Open Zee5 app on the device.

·       You will see a pop up at the bottom of the page asking you to link your mobile number.

·       Complete the activity & voila! You are all set to binge watch

If you have received Zee5 subscription in lieu of subscribing to Telecom/ Broadband service providers, please follow the below steps:

           

Jio

·       Auto login on successful transaction is enabled for Jio set top boxes supplied along with Jio Fiber.

·       If the auto login doesn’t happen, please re-install the Zee5 app on the STB which will re-trigger the auto login mechanism.

Vodafone Idea -

·       Download the VI Movies & TV & Zee5 apps on your phone.

·       Login on your VI movies & TV app using the VI registered number.

·       Post login (on VI movies & TV) click on the relavent content, & enjoy seamless playback on the Zee5 app

·       Please note – You need to select the content you want to watch on the VI movies & TV app which will get played on Zee5 app.

Tata Play Binge –

·       Download & login on the Tata Binge play app on your phone; using your registered phone number with Tata Play

·       Post login use this app to view all Zee5 content on your phone.
