The video quality is poor when I play a specific video
Try following the steps given below, in order,
basis the platform you’re using to watch ZEE5.
On the Mobile App
- Close the app and try again.
- Update the app.
On the Website
- Play the specific video in a
new tab.
- Use another web browser to play
the video.
- Close the app and try again.
- Update the app.

(If you're watching ZEE5 using a Streaming

Box, Tata Sky Binge+, etc. – you need to mention the Streaming Media Device
Name only.)
