If you experience issues with your Dor TV, follow these steps to resolve common problems:

1. TV Locked or Screen Unresponsive 

  • This usually happens when the monthly subscription is not renewed.

  • To fix, recharge your Dor TV subscription via the official Dor website or app.

  • Restart the TV by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

  • If the screen remains locked, contact Dor customer support for assistance.

2. TV Not Turning On or Unexpected Shutdowns

  • Ensure the TV is connected to a stable power source.

  • Unplug the TV for 1 minute to drain residual power, then plug it back in.

  • Verify your monthly subscription is active; if expired, renew it to regain access.

  • Confirm Wi-Fi is connected, as the TV requires internet to function.

3. No Signal or Blank Screen

  • Check that the TV input/source is set correctly (press Input/Source button on the remote).

  • Ensure all cables (HDMI, power) are securely connected.

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and TV to refresh connections.

  • If using external devices, reboot those devices as well.

4. OTT Apps or Streaming Issues

  • Confirm your monthly subscription is active and the TV is connected to Wi-Fi.
