  4. Uninstall & Reinstall the App.

Follow the steps below till your issue is resolved:
  1. Update your Web Browser.
  2. Restart your Device.
  3. Clear your Web Browser Cache, Cookies & Data.
  4. Try another Web Browser.

On my Smart TV/Media Streaming Device
