Please follow the steps given below on the ZEE5 mobile App:
Log in to the ZEE5 mobile app.
Tap More on the bottom right of the screen.
Tap Settings.
Tap Parental Control.
You will be asked to authorize your account. Please submit your account details (login credentials).
You will be given 4 options: No Restriction, Restrict 18+ Content, Restrict 13+ content, Restrict All Content. Select the option that suits your requirement.
Tap Continue.
Enter a 4 digit PIN of your choice and tap Continue.
Parental Control will be set on your ZEE5 account.
How can I disable Parental Control?
Repeat steps 1 to 5 from above.
Set the restriction to No Restriction and tap Continue.
Parental Control will be disabled on your ZEE5 account.
Can I enable Parental Control through other devices?
Yes, you can enable Parental Control through the ZEE5 website as well. Please follow the steps given below on the ZEE5 website:
Click the Menu button on the top right corner of the screen.
Click on Parental Control under Settings.
You will be asked to authorize your account. Please submit your account details (login credentials).
You will be given 4 options: No Restriction, Restrict 18+ Content, Restrict 13+ content, Restrict All Content. Select the option that suits your requirement.
Click Continue.
Enter a 4 digit PIN of your choice and click Continue.
Parental Control will be set on your ZEE5 account.
To disable Parental Control via the ZEE5 website, the steps are similar to the mobile app.
