How to set up Parental Controls
Want a safer, more personalised viewing experience for your family? Parental Controls let you manage the type of content available on your Zee 5 account.

Choose what can be watched
When you set up Parental Controls, you'll pick one of these levels:
No Restriction
Restrict 18+
Restrict 16+
Restrict 13+
Restrict 7+
Restrict All Content
🔒 Turn on
Enable Parental Controls
📱 Zee 5 mobile app

Open the Zee 5 app and log in.

Verify your account with your login credentials.

Choose a restriction level (see above).

Create a 4-digit PIN and tap Continue.
✅ Done! Parental Controls are now on.
💻 Zee 5 website

Click the Profile icon (top-right corner).

Click Login and verify your account with your credentials.

Under Control Center, select Parental Control.

Choose a restriction level (see above).

Create a 4-digit PIN and click Continue.
✅ Done! Parental Controls are now on.
🔓 Turn off
Disable Parental Controls

Go to Parental Control using steps 1 to 5 (app) or 1 to 3 (website) above.

Select No Restriction and tap Continue.
✅ Parental Controls will be turned off for your account.
💡 Forgot your PIN? You can reset it anytime on the Zee 5 app or website by following the steps above.
