Set Up Parental Controls on Zee 5 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🔒

Want a safer and more personalized viewing experience for your family? With Parental Controls, you can easily manage the type of content accessible on your Zee 5 account.

How to Enable Parental Controls on the  Zee 5 Mobile App

1. Open the  Zee 5 Mobile App and log in to your account.
2. Tap the Profile icon.
3. Select Control Center.
4. Tap Parental Control.
5. Verify your account by entering your login credentials.
6. Choose one of the following content restrictions:
   • No Restriction
   • Restrict 18+ Content
   • Restrict 13+ Content
   • Restrict All Content
7. Tap Continue.
8. Create a 4-digit PIN of your choice and tap Continue.
9. That's it! ✅ Parental Controls are now enabled on your account.

How to Disable Parental Controls

1. Follow Steps 1 to 5 above.
2. Select No Restriction and tap Continue.
3. ✅ Parental Controls will be disabled for your account.

Enable Parental Controls on the Zee 5 Website

Prefer using a browser? You can manage Parental Controls on the ZEE5 website too.

1. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Click Login and verify your account using your credentials.
3. Under Control Center, select Parental Control.
4. Choose your preferred restriction level:
   • No Restriction
   • Restrict 18+ Content
   • Restrict 13+ Content
   • Restrict All Content
5. Click Continue.
6. Create a 4-digit PIN and click Continue.
7. ✅ Parental Controls will be activated successfully.

Disabling Parental Controls on the Website

The process is similar to the mobile app. Simply select No Restriction and confirm your choice.

💡 Remember

If you've forgotten your Parental Control PIN, you can reset it anytime through the Zee 5 Mobile App or Website by following the steps above.
