Follow the steps below till your issue is resolved:
- Check your Internet speed on www.speedtest.net. Ensure you have a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps. We recommend having a download speed of 5 Mbps for a smoother experience.
- Update the ZEE5 App.
- Restart your device.
- Clear the App cache & data.
- Uninstall & reinstall the App.
On the Website
Follow the steps below till your issue is resolved:
- Check your Internet speed on www.speedtest.net. Ensure you have a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps. We recommend having a download speed of 5 Mbps for a smoother experience.
- Update your web browser.
- Restart your device.
- Clear your web browser cache, cookies & data.
- Try another web browser.
Follow the steps below till your issue is resolved:
- Check your Internet speed by visiting www.speedtest.net using your mobile or laptop connected on the same network. Ensure you have a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed. We recommend having a download speed of 5 Mbps for a smoother experience.
- Update the ZEE5 App.
- Restart your device.
- Clear the App cache & data.
- Uninstall & reinstall the app.
