Step 1: Ensure Same Wi-Fi Connection
Connect both your TV and mobile phone to the same Wi-Fi network for seamless casting.
Step 2: Access TV Settings
Navigate to your TV Settings and locate the Chromecast option under Input settings.
Step 3: Install Google Home
Download and install the Google Home app on your mobile phone from the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
Step 4: Add Chromecast Device
Follow the on-screen instructions within the Google Home app to add the Chromecast device to your network.
Step 5: Launch ZEE5 App
Launch the ZEE5 application on your mobile phone, ensuring that you are logged in with an active subscription.
Step 6: Select Content to Cast
Choose the specific content you wish to cast on your TV within the ZEE5 app.
Step 7: Initiate Casting
Locate the Casting option on your mobile phone; typically, it's found in the top right corner as the 3rd option.
Tap on the Casting option to initiate the casting process.
Note - Do not insert any special characters (comma, full stop, hyphen e.t.c) while naming the casting device
