I don't see an authentication code on the TV

This typically points to a weak internet connection. Please ensure you're connected to the internet and have a stable connection.

Follow the steps below till your issue is resolved:
  1. Click Get New Code.
  2. Close the app and open it again.
  3. Check your Internet speed. Ensure you have a minimum of 1 Mbps download speed.
  4. Update the ZEE5 app.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the ZEE5 App.
