How can I change subtitle language or switch it on/off on ZEE5
Hey there! Do you enjoy watching your favourite shows and movies in different languages, or maybe you prefer them subtitle-free? ZEE5 lets you control your viewing experience just the way you like it! This quick guide will walk you through managing subtitles on our mobile app and website.

Ensure you are getting the best viewing experience by updating your app to the latest version
Setting Subtitles on the ZEE5 Mobile App
- Open the ZEE5 app and start playing your desired video.
- While the video is playing, you'll find a "Settings" button - tap on it. This will bring up various options.
- Look for "Subtitle". Give it a tap!
- Now, you'll see different languages listed. Simply tap on the language in which you want your subtitles. If you prefer no subtitles, just select "Off".
Voila! Your video will now have subtitles in your chosen language, or none at all if that's what you chose.
Setting Subtitles on the ZEE5 Website
- Start streaming your video on the ZEE5 website.
- You'll notice a "Subtitles" button at the bottom right of the video player. Click on it!
- A list of languages will appear. Click on the language you want for your subtitles, or click "Off" if you prefer your video without subtitles.
And there you have it! Enjoy your videos with customised subtitles just the way you like them. Remember, you're in charge of your viewing experience on ZEE5, so make the most of it!
