Think someone is using your account without permission? Follow these quick steps to remove any unfamiliar device and keep your account secure.
Open the Zee 5 app and sign in with your registered mobile number or email ID.
Tap My Profile to open your account settings.
Select Control Center, then Manage Your Devices to see every device linked to your account.
Check the list. Found a device you don't recognise? Tap Remove Device to disconnect it instantly.
Never share your OTP with anyone. Keeping your OTP private helps prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You'll only see devices that logged in on or after 15 September 2023.
