I can't see the differential amount while upgrading / I'm being charged the full amount while upgrading
As you know, when you’re trying to upgrade you will need to pay the differential amount between the old and the new subscription plan.
- When you reach the Subscription page, you will see the full amount of the subscription that you want to upgrade to.
- Then, proceed to the payment page. There you will see that you are being charged the differential amount only.
Note: Once you upgrade, your subscription validity will be adjusted as per the pack you have upgraded to and the number of days used in your current subscription.
