I'm unable to register with ZEE5

Are you facing difficulties trying to register with ZEE5? We've got you covered! Follow the steps below to resolve the issue you're facing:

I didn't receive the OTP

Sometimes, there can be a delay which may result in the OTP being sent / received late.

Click on resend OTP if you still haven't received it after a minute. If you still don't receive the OTP, please try again after some time. There may be a temporary network issue with our SMS service provider.

I didn’t receive the verification email

Your Email service provider can sometimes move these emails to your spam / junk folder. Do check your spam / junk folder for the verification email. 

Click on resend verification email if you still haven't received it after a minute. If you still don't receive it, please try again after some time. There may be a temporary network issue.

I get an error: The customer already exists

We understand that you are trying to register, however, it seems you've already registered with us using the same User ID. 

We suggest resetting your password so you may login with your already registered User ID. Click here to reset your password.

If the above link doesn’t work for you, you'll see the "Forgot password" option on the login page.

The page is unresponsive

If the page or the buttons on the page are unresponsive, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

On the Android / iOS App
Closing and reopening the app again should do the trick for you. As apps can sometimes become unresponsive. 

On the Website
If you're on the web, refreshing the page / reopening the web browser should do the trick for you. As web pages can sometimes become unresponsive.
