You may have already registered with us using the Email ID / Mobile number you're trying to update, or you may have updated your Email ID / Mobile number on another account you have with us. If you're still looking to update your Email ID / Mobile number on the account you're using, write to us using the form below with the following details:
1. Email ID / Mobile number of the account you want to update your profile information on
2. The Email ID / Mobile number you're looking to update on your account
I didn’t receive the OTP
Sometimes, there can be a delay which may result in the OTP being sent / received late. Click on resend OTP if you still haven't received it after a minute. If you still don't receive the OTP, please try again after some time. There may be a temporary network issue with our SMS service provider.
I didn’t receive the verification email
Your Email service provider can sometimes put these emails in your spam / junk folder. Do check your spam / junk folder for the verification email. Click on "Resend Verification Email" if you still haven't received it after a minute. If you still don't receive it, please try again after some time. There may be a temporary network issue.
Note: You would not be able to update / change your mobile number, if you've registered with us using your mobile number. Similarly, you would not be able to update / change your Email ID, if you've registered with us using your Email ID.
